Bank Note Place: Located in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood, this adaptive re-use development consisted of 83 condominium loft units and an underground parking structure covered by a landscaped courtyard. Three stories of new light gauge steel frame construction was added to the existing solid masonry/concrete structure. Extensive foundation shoring and rework was required during the construction process.
