Pine/Central Apartment Rehab: This project consisted of the rehab of two apartment buildings for Neighborhood Housing Services and the Department of Housing in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood. One building was a 24 unit total rehab while the second was a 54 unit moderate rehab completed in four phases to accommodate existing residents.
