Roseland Ridge Apartments: This was a 40-unit new construction development for Neighborhood Housing Services. This was the first new construction rental housing to be built in Chicago’s Roseland community in decades. The development was completed in eight months and was awarded the Distinguished Building Award by the American Institute of Architects.
