Shakespeare Court: Shakespeare Court is located in Chicago’s North Kenwood neighborhood. This new community includes 36 condominium homes and six townhomes. Shakespeare Court uses a creative design strategy to take advantage of an unusually long and narrow site. The development backs up to a rear alley, providing enclosed parking with direct access to each unit. Traditional wrought-iron fencing encloses the courtyard from the street, providing safe and secure access for all residents. The development received the Design Excellence award from the American Institute of Architecture.
