Shakespeare: Shakespeare townhomes featured 106 new homes located on a 3.7 acre site in Chicago’s historic Kenwood community. The homes consisted of townhomes, condominiums, flats and stacked duplexes centered around a central landscaped park. The building construction consisted of wood-frame panels with masonry exteriors.
