William J. Wolk
President of the Team4 Companies. Prior positions include19 years with the Thrush Companies where he was President, Vice President of Business Development and Chief Operating Officer.

• Structuring of joint ventures, real estate investment funds, TIF financing.
• Rezoning and redevelopment agreement negotiation and implementation
experience.
• Past President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago. Current Board
Member of NAHB and HBAGC.

Past positions include Vice President of Acquisitions for VMS Realty Partners where he participated in transactions totaling over $9 Billion. Bill also served as Financial Consultant for Real Estate Research Corporation, involved with acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic planning. Bill began his career working for the City of Chicago Bureau of Architecture designing numerous urban renewal projects.

Richard H. Lillie, Jr.
Vice President of the Team4 Companies. Prior positions include 23 years at the Thrush Companies where he was Vice President and Secretary. During his tenure there, he was Vice President of Quality Assurance, Vice President of Thrush Construction, and Chief Operating Officer of Thrush Management.

• Project management as Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager on
   condominium, townhome, and office product. Projects were mix of new construction,
   renovation, and adaptive reuse.
• Quality assurance from design review, field inspections, through customer service.
• Residential property management responsibilities peaking with 250 apartments,
   400 condominium and townhome units.
• Office and commercial property management and leasing responsibilities peaking
   with 150,000 sf of space in Chicago’s West Loop and River North neighborhoods.
• Industrial building management assignments covering 150,000 sf.
• Licensed Illinois real estate broker.
• OSHA 30 certificate as a trainer in construction safety.
• Customer/supplier conflict resolution and litigation management.

Past positions include six years as real estate officer and vice president for Continental Illinois Bank working primarily on real estate construction, conversion, and REIT loan workouts, bankruptcies, and asset swaps. Worked as a loan officer for the Balcor Companies, a Chicago real estate finance and syndication company.
