Verona Square: Located on a three-block site in Chicago’s Little Italy neighborhood, Verona Square has strengthened this long-established community. Built one-half black from numerous shops, celebrated restaurants and everyday amenities, the development consists of 123 single family, two-flat and townhome units ranging from 1,125 to 2,725 square feet. The construction was solid masonry.
